Production & shipping

Standard shipping is free on all poster orders at checkout. There is no separate shipping line item; delivery is included in how we price our prints.

Each poster is produced to order from your activity data and selected options. After you place an order, we prepare your file for print and send it to production. Your order is typically produced within 2 business days, then shipped.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, though it can occasionally take longer depending on the carrier and destination.

Carriers and service levels may vary by destination. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Running Art is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs (international orders), or incorrect address information.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a clear production defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or offer another remedy where appropriate.

Returns & refunds

Because products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse once production has started. If you cancel before production begins, we may issue a full or partial refund according to the status of your order.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund the applicable amount to your original payment method where possible.
